We make it very simple for you to volunteer. You tell us about your skill set, your wishes, and your schedule and we will mesh those with what we ask you to do.
Our goal is that you be fulfilled. We want you to be proud and enthused about how you volunteer for us.
We will always provide you with the training you need before heading out to work with a Neighbor.
General Volunteer Orientation is held at 9 AM on the second Thursday of every month. Please call to reserve your spot at the Orientation at (480) 488-1105. Orientation will be at our office:
7275 E. Easy Street, Suite B-106, Carefree, AZ 85377
If you would like to find out more about volunteering for the Foothills Caring Corps, please call 480-488-1105 and reserve your spot at the next Volunteer Orientation, every 2nd Thursday of the month at our office at 7275 E. Easy Street, Suite 106.
Where do I go to volunteer?
Our Volunteer General Orientation is the second Thursday of every month 9 a.m. to 11:30. Please call to reserve your spot at the Orientation at 480-488-1105. The purpose of the General Orientation is to give you an overview of all of our volunteer services, as well as our policies and procedures. We want you to be proud and enthused about how you volunteer for us.
Can I choose my own time to volunteer?
The amount of volunteer time is completely up to each volunteer. Different volunteer services will need varying amounts of your time. We understand that volunteers often travel or leave during the summer months. We value whatever time you are able to offer as a volunteer.
Here are reasons why current Foothills Caring Corps volunteers choose to help...
