Programs

Mobile Meals
Placing a delicious, nutritious meal into the hands of an appreciative Neighbor is one of our most popular Volunteer activities! You'll brighten up the days of Neighbors each time you deliver their meals. Meals are prepared by others and delivered by you! Meals are delivered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Non-Emergency Medical Transportation
You'll help transport Neighbors to and/or back home from critical medical appointments, making sure their trips are safe and on time.

Recreational Van Program
As a Van Driver, you'll enjoy fun outings that allow Neighbors to engage in ongoing community events. Each month, a calendar of events is distributed that includes outings such as Senior Grocery Shopping Day and Chair Yoga.

Mobility Loan Closet
Help organize, clean, and or repair donated home mobility equipment that is loaned to Neighbors and community members in need.
Individual Services

Friendly Visiting & Phone Calling
Volunteers become friends of homebound Neighbors through personal visits and/or phone calls. During your time together, you can work on a puzzle, play a game of cards, share a meal, or enjoy each other's company!

Pet Visiting
Do you have a furry friend that is certified as an Emotional Support Animal? We'll help pair you and your pet with a Neighbor who is seeking the warmth and love that comes with a wagging tail.

Caregiver Relief
When needed, you'll visit the home of a Neighbor for a few hours to spend quality time together while their primary caretaker is able to run errands or take a break.

Handyman
Help a Neighbor with minor home repairs such as changing batteries, lightbulbs, air filters, and or smoke alarms. Neighbors are responsible for purchasing necessary parts and supplies.

Grocery Shopping Assistance
Take a Neighbor to the grocery store or other conveniently located local establishment to help them with shopping. You'll assist with carrying bags into their home and help with unloading or storage. You can also shop for someone who is homebound.

Basic Technology Help
Help a Neighbor with their internet, computer, TV, cell phone, or other technology which might require assistance.
